As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Another favorite

While I was hesitant to order with no chance of a return if the shoe did not fit, I took the chance. I have a much-loved pair of Joliet shoes from years past and hoped the Joliet II would fit the hole in my wardrobe. Happy to report the fit is the very same, comfortable from the first wear! 10 SS ... I will so miss Munro shoes !!!!!

Fantastic shoes!!!

Dear Munro personnel,
Recently just added a bunch of shoes to my inventory after I learned of you shutting your doors. They fit great and are wonderfully comfortable. The news is a bit devastating for me as I have been a loyal customer since I discovered you brand of shoes over 30 years ago. I wear a 6WW in Munro and many shoe brands are only make wide widths for size 7 and larger Beyond that Munro is the only shoe brand that makes a proper arch for their shoes and that is something I really need. I use your shoes for work and casual. Nine years ago I was involved in a serious MVA that damaged my pelvis and lower back and shoes are EXTREMELY important.
Munro shoes have been a godsend for me. You make shoes right. While I can no longer tolerate even a 1 inch heel, I have been able to get around in Munro loafers, Joliet, Berkley and others. I have only ever been able to wear Munro sandals. Recent loves are the Summer style and Cleo. The Corine is extraordinarily comfy for me. Thank you for all your years of fabulous well-made shoes. Not sure how to move forward without you.
You will be missed terribly. If there was a way to continue Munro shoes I really wish someone would find a way. Please know all your work and effort has been appreciated for a very long time. Wishing you well in your future ventures.

I love the Joliet 11 shoe!

This is my second pair of Joliet shoes. Previously I wore the Joliet 1 until they fell apart. These are just as comfortable and attractive.
I am sad that Munro is closing. I have been a customer for years.
