Munro Shipping Guide

Munro has no control over the delivery schedule once the package is picked up from our distribution center in Arkansas. (Updated 10 September, 2021).

Shipping charges are based on pick-up and destination zones and not calculated by Munro. All shipments originate from our distribution center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, via UPS to the contiguous United States, Alaska* and Hawaii* only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or international addresses; as well as, PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, or Diplomatic Pouches. 

We provide product support for products shipped within the U.S. (noted above). Orders consigned to a freight forwarder, or international courier, are not supported and are wholly at your own risk. Orders deemed to be consigned to a freight forwarder, or international courier, may be canceled.

Daylight Savings Time (DST) shipping schedule: Orders received AFTER 11:00 AM Eastern time, along with orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day; this includes all expedited shipping.

Central Standard Time (CST) shipping schedule: Orders received AFTER 11:00 AM central time, along with orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed the next business day; this includes all expedited shipping.

A valid phone number is required so that we can contact you if there is a question about, or problem with, your order. We do not sell or use your phone number for any marketing purposes.

UPS does not include the ship date when calculating the delivery schedule. Please consider this when planning your purchase. We are not responsible if the package does not arrive on the day, or at the time, you expect. We do not refund shipping charges in whole, or part, for any reason.

  • It can take up to 24 hours for UPS to update the shipment status.
  • Depending on the destination, ground shipments generally arrive within 3-7 business days after leaving our Hot Springs facility.
  • UPS 3-Day Select shipments should arrive by end of day on the 3rd business day after leaving our Hot Springs facility (currently, UPS does not quarantee the estimated delivery schedule for 3-Day Select).
  • UPS 2nd Day Air shipments will arrive by end of day on the 2nd business day after leaving our Hot Springs facility (currently, UPS does not quarantee the estimated delivery schedule for 2nd Day Air service).
  • UPS Next Day Air shipments will arrive by end of day on the next business day after leaving our Hot Springs facility (currently, UPS Next Day Air is the only delivery service UPS quarantees the estimated delivery schedule).
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery.
  • Delivery times vary during holidays.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. It is incumbent on you to secure your packages. 
  • Damaged or misdelivered packages must be reported to Munro customer service within three-business days in order to open a claim with UPS. Be prepared to provided your order no. and pictures of any damages to the package and/or contents. 
  • Claim investigations may take up to fifteen (15) business days. 
  • Approved UPS claims will be refunded to your credit card once UPS confirms the claim.
  • Other than a confirmed claim, we do not reimburse shipping charges, in whole or part, for any reason.
  • Final Sale styles, priced $60. or less, may be exchange for another size. Please call customer service and read our Return Guide for the conditions and fees to return your final sale style, if possible, before making your purchase. 

 FREE SHIPPING for orders with a final total of $99 (excluding tax).

  • Free Shipping, via UPS ground, is available to the contiguous U.S. only.
  • To be eligible for Free Shipping an order must include one or more full-price or sale-price styles and total $99.
  • Please note the use of a coupon or discount code may cause the order to drop below the $99 threshold and will not be eligible for free shipping.
  • Orders to AK & HI, along with orders that fall below $99 will be charged shipping.

We strive for 100% accuracy of our published inventory totals; however, if, for any reason, an order cannot be fulfilled before the end of the second business day, one of our helpful representatives will contact you ASAP with an order status update.  

Providing the service our customers expect, and deserve, requires more than just hard work; therefore, we could have occasional, brief closures due to internal training or company events. These brief closures will be posted on our website and detailed in our voicemail message.

Our facilities close and we do not ship Saturday, Sunday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, the 4th of July holiday, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
