To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

I. love Munro shoes. For fifty years I have searched for super slim shoes. Munro ‘s last fits my foot perfectly. I am deeply saddened. Thanks for some great, comfortable shoes.

Amazing!

I had the predecessor of these shoes and practically mourned when I finally had to part with them (I even took a picture of them). They are pricey, but I thought I'd try the new version of the Joliet's while they were on sale. These shoes fit my incredibly-difficult-feet perfectly! I wear a 10.5 - 11, but my feet are narrow and thin - especially my ankles and heels. Most shoe manufacturers, will widen the shoe for larger sizes, making them way too wide for me, and because they are too wide my feet compensate to keep them on causing blisters etc... These shoes fit me like they were custom made. Also, the style goes with many different looks. So cool!!! Great style, great fit!!!

Joliet II

I love this shoe and it fits me like a glove. The only problem I have is the left shoe came with the edge of the suede on the toe kind of shiney but I thought I could use a suede brush to help it but it didn't work. Now the right shoe is also showing the shine just on the toe. Is there anything I can do to fix them? I have been wearing them off and on for six months.

It sounds as though the knap has worn down. Regrettably, there is nothing you can really do. A stiff suede brush may bring some of the knap back up, but its the fibers of the Nubuck that are rubbed down.
Otherwise, you may ask the retailer where you purchased your Joliet II for advice. Thank you.

Hammer Toes & Bunionette

9 1/2 W. Wide enough toe box, excellent heel fit. Last number 488 was designed for me. Bunionette on right foot demands stretch, softness and no seams placed on bunionette. There is a soft fabric placed inside the top of the toe box which protects hammer toes. I have purchased 6 pairs of the 'Travelers' over the years (last 488) and they have never disappointed me.
So now I love Joliet II
