To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Please Don’t Close!

So sad you are closing. I have a high arch, narrow foot , size 12. I wear these shoes (Traveler) every day for work. I do not know where I am going to find another shoe or company like yours. I also wear Joliet which I just ordered one of your last pair. SO SAD!!! Any chance you will change your mind?!

Not something the family, or we expected, a very difficult decision, indeed. Munro has been a great company to work for; many of us over 30 years; I am proud to say, 32 for me. Unfortunately, it looks like the long-term effects of COVID (shipping costs and the like) finally caught up to us. We will overcome and wish you all the best. ~Carol

Best shoe ever!

I have purchased the Traveler consistently since the first year it was introduced. I have worn it through Greece, Turkey, all of Europe, most of Asia and is my 14 hour a day walking shoe in Disneyland. Frankly I don’t know what I’ll do when my current supply wears out. When I learned you are closing, I bought 2 in black and one in navy. I’m 75. I guess I’ll stop traveling when my last shoe dies. I can’t believe you are closing. Who did what wrong!?

Without the Traveler, I think I might become housebound.

I have been wearing the Traveler since 2013, and I give them credit for being able to stay on the move. These are the only shoes that I have found since childhood which I can take out of the box on the day that they arrive and wear all day in comfort. I wear my shoes (size 9.5 SS) without stockings or socks so that my feet do no not slide around too much; this leads to a lot of wear on the inside of the shoes so I replace my mine about every two years. It still baffles my mind that a short, fat lady ended up with such a freakishly long and narrow feet. The support offered by this shoe helps me to avoid turning my ankle or twisting my knee. When I think of all the I’ll-fitting, uncomfortable shoes I bought before discovering Munro and the Traveler, it boggles my mind: I should have invested in real estate

I’m purchasing my 2nd pair in navy blue.
These are the most comfortable shoes that I own. I can wear them all day long and drive for hours. They give me stability when I walk.
I’m happy they have my size 11Narrow.

Munro shoes just fit my feet. This is my 2nd pair of the Traveler. Will purchase another pair if they ever wear out, which won’t happen for the next several years.
