Nice color, but

I love the color but the sole is a little too hard and the toe area is a tad too tight. However, I can wear them and use my orthotics.

Great looking and very comfortable

I read the reviews with comments about the heel slipping, but decided to take a chance because that is typically not a problem for me. I wear a 10 W and it fit perfectly with what I would call average weight cotton socks. There was some heel slippage, but I also use half inserts that cover my heel and arch and that fixed the problem. I ordered the olive green and they are so good looking. I’ve received so many compliments. And They keep my feet dry in the wet weather.

ROURKE Item #: M603266 too narrow

I have a great pair of boots (Bradley) from Munro and was expecting the same comfortable and stylish look. However, this shoe (Rourke) is too tight at the ball of the foot even with an extra wide/WW whereas the Bradley was just perfect for a regular wide/W. How did the size change so dramatically from one shoe to another? Also, the Rourke is too loose at the middle, heel, and ankle. My heel keeps slipping and I can put on/remove the shoe without using the zipper.

sizing has changed

I have purchased at least 6 pairs of Munro shoes in a 12 N and came to rely on a consistent size and fit. The Rourke was just a tad shorter but the N felt like a S. Much too narrow. I had to return. Now I no longer feel comfortable ordering my standard size, especially as it will cost me $9.995 to return a shoe that does not fit as expected. Oh well.
