Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, to the original method of payment, as long as the package is received at our distribution center within 45 days after your order was delivered to you. The returned shoes must be in new and unworn condition, with no visible wear or tear, and in the original shoe box.

I usually love Munro sandals. They are comfortable and wear well over several summers. However this pair is NOT wearing well. The bottom rubber heel is starting to shred. I do NOT wear them daily and I walk on normal sidewalks, streets, driveways and parking lots. Disappointing quality for the price. (I purchased these sandals at Nordstrom)
Thank you for adding the picture. The 'skin' of the outsole could wear as your picture shows, but will not affect the overall comfort and wearability of the sandals. On a personal note, this is my second year with the Latte leather Marley (which I just happen to be wearing today). I wore them most of last summer & quite a bit so far this season. But that doesn't address your situation. If you are unhappy with the wear and feel this is truly a defect, please take them back to Nordstrom. If they believe it is a quality issue, they will certainly work with you. Carol
