To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

This shoe has the perfect heel height. It can be casual or paired with a more dressy selection. For those of us with narrow feet, the strap at the inset helps stabilize the fit and make the shoe fit more comfortably.

Hello, I am writing to tell you that I have purchased many shoes from you over the years. I have been a happy customer and very sad that you are closing. I ordered these shoesfrom you but did not realize that they could not be returned. I am 85 years old and probably did not read your message properly. I am The white strap is a firm leather and hurts my foot when i walk. I am going to return them to youin hopes that you can sell them top someone else but if not please keep them and give them away to someone in need. I love Munro shoes but unfortunately this shoe does not run narrow enough for my SS feet. Arch strap is the problem.
