To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Munro flats

I have purchased 6 pair of Munro flats over the years. Always a 7.5 W or WW. This pair of ballet flats is a 7.5 W and seems short. I think I could easily wear an 8 W. Don't know why it would be shorter than the ballet flat I already own. Can't return, so may try to sell them to someone else. Will look to see if the 8 is available.

Made for perfect feet only.

I wanted to get some dress flats so I gave these a try, however, they are not compatible with my very flat feet. The shoe feels comfortable on, but they gape on the outer sides which I researched and found out this is caused by flat feet. Needless to say, I really can't use them and can't keep them given they are not inexpensive either. So much for wanting black suede shoes. :-(
