As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Love this shoe!

Dress it up or go casual. Don’t agree with the other review. Shoe is well made, very attractive (dark navy suede), and has a nice arch support. I have “low volume” feet and the N fits perfectly. Tight enough in the heel to keep my foot in, but not so narrow at the ball that it feels pinched. So happy to have found this after trying on 5 different shoes in a variety of sizes and widths to fit my difficult feet.

I Love This Shoe!

This shoe was gifted to me as a replacement for my Birdie slipper. I am a 10AA with a high instep and the shoe fits me like a glove.

The structure and make of the shoe are problematic. The part of the shoe for the ball of the foot is too tight, but at the middle and heel the shoe is too wide.
Also, there is no arch support even though description and the insert in the shoe says there is arch support. The shoe is poorly made and material cheap looking in person.
