As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Love These Boots

I bought these boots in the black first, to see how they fit, and should have ordered brown also at the time for free shipping. Turns out they are great with thicker socks, so I also ordered the brown later. My heel slips a little in the right boot, hence the four instead of five stars rating. My heels are VERY narrow, especially the right one.
