As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Best shoe ever

Cindi I was my go to, every day in the office, shoe for over 15 years! I adored its comfort and professional style, its understated elegance. I am ecstatic that the Cindi II is a great update, it fits like a glove and has the same professional elegance. I hope that the fact that Munro's are no longer made in the US will not make any difference in the comfort and longevity. I am so sad that Munro's is closing.

Not a Fan of the New Version

I have worn the original Cindi for years and they fit like a glove. Super comfortable in an 8 SS. I just ordered the Cindi II and they do not fit like the original. The last has changed and no longer fits my foot.
I will be returning the Cindi II. If I can't find the original Cindi, elsewhere, I may try the new version in a different width but am not hopeful it will be a good fit.

Fantastic, elegant shoes!

I have had the Cindi I for some 10 years now, I even have two pairs. They are the most comfortable and stylish shoes I own from Munro. Please bring them back in Cindi II. I love them and highly recommend them for their comfort and charm.

Find Munro's run short. So size 10 narrow is perfect for me. Love these & bought black as well as navy.
