Return Policy

You may return your shoes within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, to the original method of payment, as long as the package is received at our distribution center within 60 days after your order was delivered to you. The returned shoes must be in new and unworn condition, with no visible wear or tear, and in the original shoe box.

Are you no longer making the Abby?

Most comfortable dress shoe ever!! Please bring it back exactly the same as ever. I need more.

Abby is one of our 'classic' styles; meaning it is one of our 'staples.' We been given no indication that the Abby will end any time soon. New production (missing sizes) in Black Nubuck & Taupe Nubuck will be available in early fall '24; Navy Nubuck will not be restocked going forward.

The best!

These are the most comfortable shoes. Have worn them happily on long (e.g. 5 mile) walks. They are versatile and stylish—often generating compliments. More colors would be great.

Sizing not the same

Have bought several monro Abby Sandals. Bought my regular size 8 1/2 m and could barely get my foot in. Had to recheck the size on the shoe since it felt like it had to be a 6 1/2 …. Must be a different sizing format or a total Mis labeling of the size ! Truly disappointed!

We've made no changes to the sizing and will definitely look into this. It should be a one-off, but we will investigate.
