As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Great shoe

I love this shoe. It fits beautifully. I’ve had this shoe in past years and it doesn’t disappoint. The material gives to allow the room I need for comfort. Great for casual or a more dressy occasion.

The traveler is a great shoe for traveling. It is fantastic for walking around in cities and can take you through a dressy evening out. It is comfortable and enables you to pack only one pair of shoes for your trip. It makes more room to bring back treasures.

This is my second pair. I bought a pair about fifteen years ago. I love them! They're extremely comfortable. I'm so sad that you're going out of business.

I have owned at least 3 pairs of this shoe. I ordered the exact size and they are so big, I cannot keep them on my feet. Not returnable nor can they be exchanged for size.

Best Shoe

The Traveler is my favorite shoe from my favorite company. When I found out Munro was going out of business, I ordered two more pairs. I will miss Munro so much!
