To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Fantastic shoe!

This sweet dressy loafer is perfect. Munro never ceases to amaze me with the right fit. I have a narrow foot- double AA width with a quadruple AAAA heel. Thanks Munro for the attention to every detail! 5 stars all the way!

Bad fit for my size 9.5SS feet

I have been buying Munro shoes for my extremely narrow feet (size 9.5 SS) for 20 years, but the Munro lasts for my size have been getting increasingly unreliable. On this shoe, the heels were too loose and the toes were too tight. It's a shame - I really liked the patent leather and lug sole. They were a lot more stylish than other Munro shoes. Sadly, I had to return them. Please try again!

Terrible shoe

This shoe runs very wide. I have tried to add inner soles, but they did not help. The heel is wide and my foot constantly slips in and out. I would never recommend this shoe.
