To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Great shoe

Sorry Munro is going out of business. I have very narrow feet and have found the shoes fit well, are well made and have a variety of styles from sandals to boots I like. These Tilly shoes fit like a sneakers but are more stylish.

Best Shoes

So sad Munro is going out of business. I have had the best fitting shoes for my narrow foot from Munro. I have the Tilly in black and ordered the greige color which is beautiful. I usually order a SS but ordered a N so wearing a sock will be more comfortable. Love it!

Great Airport Shoes

I feel very stable in the Tilly. I love that I can remove these shoes without untying them -efficient at airport check-in as well as Yoga class. I migrated to an 8.5 Wide from a medium when I started wearing orthotics. I need the wide to fit the orthotics and bunions, but my foot at the heel is still a medium. I’m glad I can snug up the laces to give me a true custom fit. They are slightly tapered at the toe compared to my other wide shoes, but very accommodating to my toe problems. They are sleek and modern looking. At 70, I consider myself stylish and can wear them with a skirt or workout clothes.
