I have a great pair of boots (Bradley) from Munro and was expecting the same comfortable and stylish look. However, this shoe (Rourke) is too tight at the ball of the foot even with an extra wide/WW whereas the Bradley was just perfect for a regular wide/W. How did the size change so dramatically from one shoe to another? Also, the Rourke is too loose at the middle, heel, and ankle. My heel keeps slipping and I can put on/remove the shoe without using the zipper.

I have purchased at least 6 pairs of Munro shoes in a 12 N and came to rely on a consistent size and fit. The Rourke was just a tad shorter but the N felt like a S. Much too narrow. I had to return. Now I no longer feel comfortable ordering my standard size, especially as it will cost me $9.995 to return a shoe that does not fit as expected. Oh well.
