As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Shoes are attractive, but my size 7.5D was too short so I ordered an 8D. However, the 8D was too large on my feet, especially in the heel area. Since the shoes were a final sale at $99 dollars and not returnable, I will donate them to someone.

Not narrow

I took a chance on this shoe since it was non-refundable. It turned out a mistake. These 11 SS are not super slim… more like an 11 N. My loss.

Perfect Ballet Flats

I purchased my usual size -11 W. The Cream are my second pair of this model (my first were the full price classic designer colored Woodsmoke Milas). These are comfortable out of the box for me, and while not as supportive as a sneaker, are miles ahead of any other comfort brands. The cream will be perfect for Spring and Summer - the color reminds me of a pearl. It broke my heart to hear that Munro was going out of business. I've been a client since 2006. Someone - please hire these designers!
