As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Love the shoe as I have loved all my Munro shoes over the years. Fit is just s I expected. So sorry you will no longer be making and selling shoes 😒

Sizing off

I really wanted to love these. I wear a 10.5 in almost every shoe. I bought a black pair of these and a pair on the light brown. The black pair fit. The light brown were almost a full size too big. Very disappointed in the inconsistency in sizing. Buyer beware especially since everything is final sale.

Shoes ordered, wrong size

I ordered two pairs of shoes after looking at availability on line, which I have done in the past. They arrived today and are the wrong size, both being different sizes.

I went on line today and my size is longer available. I called immediately and also sent an email.

Now what!? I have wore Munro for years and am so sorry to hear you are going out of business….
