To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025. The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Very comfortable and cute sandals. Recommend for everyone.
Fits like a dream, super comfortable, good arch support, not at all bulky. I purchased a size 9M in red and am now purchasing the same size in black. For reference, I wear a size 10M in Brooks sneakers and an 8.9-9M in Dansko sandals (and the Munro Mel is, in my opinion, more supportive).
