Return Policy

You may return your shoes within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, to the original method of payment, as long as the package is received at our distribution center within 60 days after your order was delivered to you. The returned shoes must be in new and unworn condition, with no visible wear or tear, and in the original shoe box.

Best and only Heels
Best and only heels

I had an accident years ago where my foot was partially cut at the ankle. My right foot points out slightly when I walk and cannot wear most heels. These have been a godsend. They’re actually comfortable, cute and hold my ankle. But these have also ruined me for other shoes. Please make more styles so someone like me can have quality shows and feel feminine and cute even though my foot doesnt always cooperate.

What happened to the sizing?

Truly disappointed that Munro no longer has a sizeable amount of shoes in size 14 and 13 as they used to.

Munro is my favorite brand because they used to make small sizes in all widths. I always bought a few pair every year. No longer. What happened?
How do I get the new Item No. M386810 in 5 WW?

We understand your frustration; and feel the same. The WW width Max starts at size 6. Some of the hard to find sizes and widths are simply too costly to manufacture these days. We need the commitment of our retail partners to support the investment in material minimums, equipment, and production costs.
