As of 12:00 AM December 31, 2024, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

Wonderful boots

As usual, these are lovely boots. Fit well, and I love the removable insert as I always need orthotics. I am very sad Munro is going out of business. Other than walking shoes and horse back riding boots, all of my shoes are Munro.

Awesome Boot

I love these boots. I did order a smaller size than I usually order (normally 9W, ordered 8 1/2W) and they fit perfectly. The leather is nice and soft, and they are light weight. I can't tell you how sad I am that your company is ending its wonderful business. I've bought Munro shoes for decades and I will miss them terribly. Munro's have been the only shoes I can buy, put on and wear the next day, and not have my wide feet hurt that night. And they are generally true to size. The quality has always been top notch as well. I wouldn't dream of ever ordering shoes online that weren't Munro's. Very, very sad to see you go! :(

Georgeous leather superbly-built boot

Georgeous well-built boot! However, I cannot wear the 3/4" heal. It feels like my foot is slipping forward. I had a foot injury 30 yr ago and I need 1/2" or flat.
