To receive a refund for your shoe(s), to the credit card used for the purchase, the package must have a return authorization number and arrive at our distribution center by February 14, 2025.  The returned shoes must be unworn, with no visible wear or tear, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odor and in the original shoe box.

patent leather shoes

Cute and comfortable.

I really like the Gianna shoes. They are nice looking, cute and modern. Not to mention comfortable. I purchased the suede as the patent leather was sold out in my 10 SS size. I do like the suede as well. The fit is good too.

Confused by Munro’s Sizing

I’ve always been able to count on Munro’s sizing (7.5 N fits perfectly), but with this flat, size 7 is too tight and size 7.5 too loose. Very disappointing! Shoe is cute, but I won’t wear it unless I can find insoles that keep it from slipping.
