Return Policy

You may return your shoes within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, to the original method of payment, as long as the package is received at our distribution center within 60 days after your order was delivered to you. The returned shoes must be in new and unworn condition, with no visible wear or tear, and in the original shoe box.

Width is running true to size - needed the SS

I usually wear a 9.5 SS in Munro. In sandals sometimes I wear a 9N. I ordered these from Nordstrom in 9N first, since Munro did not carry these in SS. They were too loose all around. I then ordered these from Munro directly in 9SS, but the strap near my toes was too tight. So I will need to order these in 9.5 SS - they are definitely running true to size. They have a harder sole than my other Munro sandals - beter as a dressier sandal - which is how I intended them. Very stylish.
